I am a wedding and family photographer located in Huntsville, Alabama.
I'm a dad of three girls, two boys, a cat, a dog and a bird. I take fatherhood very seriously but also like to spend time giggling with the kids whenever we play monopoly, go camping or try to solve common-core math.
I donate my time to the Keep Tennessee River Beautiful organization and the Make-A-Wish Alabama Trailblaze Challenge which is a one-day, 26.3 mile hike through the Talladega National Forest to raise money for children with critical illnesses. Part of my work proceeds go directly to this cause.
I am originally from Georgia but I have called Virginia and Alaska home at various times. I would love to begin a road trip in Alaska one day and chase autumn all the way to the Gulf of Mexico. That would be a great way to share the beauty of nature through my lens.
My background with photography spans more than two decades.
As a former news journalist, I have more than 2000 assignments to my credit including presidential visits, world series games and the Olympics. Many of my images can be found on national websites, news articles, advertisements and blogs as well as CD and book covers. I have also had my work published in numerous fashion and photography magazines.
Some of my proudest work hangs above fireplaces here in the Tennessee Valley or sits proudly on desks and workplaces. My next masterpiece is just waiting on you.
Whether it is a wedding, a senior portrait or a family photo, my camera will always find Life's Highlights.
